Why are US prices lower than the EU prices?
NovaCustom prices the US market in native USD — numerically below what the EU price converts to (roughly 13% at current rates; EU list prices include VAT that US buyers don't pay). We sell at exactly their US price, so you get the US-market number plus US-domestic shipping. Same machine, less money than a European pays.
Where does my order ship from?
US orders ship from the USA — domestic USPS from a US warehouse, so there's no customs, no import paperwork, and no surprise fees. Orders outside the US ship free via UPS from the Netherlands with import duties already covered. That US-domestic experience, plus USD checkout with a US company and US-based support, is the point of buying through SecurityGadgets.shop.

Can I customize the configuration?

How does the SecurityTitan anti-tamper program work?
Screws are coated with glitter that dries into a unique 3D pattern, photographed in high resolution before shipping and sent to you via Proton Mail (end-to-end encrypted if you give a Proton address). Any opening of the case in transit is visually evident — pair it with the Heads + Nitrokey boot attestation and you can verify both the case and the firmware.
