1. Who you are contracting with

Purchases on securitygadgets.shop are a contract with QSai LLC, a Texas

limited liability company. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older and that

the details you give us are accurate.

2. Two ways an item is sold here — this matters

Some items we hold in our own US warehouse and ship ourselves. Your contract

for those is with us.

Other items are completed with the brand. Where a product page or the cart

says the order completes with the brand, we hand you to that brand's own store;

they take your payment, ship the goods, and own the contract, warranty and

returns. We may receive a commission. We tell you before you leave the site, and

you can see which applies in the cart.

We also list on eBay, TikTok Shop and Etsy. An order placed there is governed by

that platform's terms and buyer protections, not these.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated. We aim to match the

manufacturer's own price for items we do not stock, so buying from us is not a

worse deal than buying direct.

Stock is shown live from our warehouse. Listing an item is an invitation to buy,

not an offer: your order is accepted when we send confirmation. If an item is

mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund in full —

we will not silently substitute or part-ship without telling you.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Card details are

entered on their hosted page and never reach our servers.

5. Delivery, risk and title

See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we

have received payment in full.

6. Returns

See our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not

affect your statutory rights.

7. Warranty

Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. We pass through warranty claims

for items we sold you and will help you make one. We give no additional warranty

of our own, and nothing here excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude.

8. Acceptable use and export

Security hardware may be export-controlled or restricted where you live. You are

responsible for confirming you may lawfully import and use what you order. We

may decline or cancel an order we believe is unlawful, and we do not ship to

sanctioned destinations.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to

what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss,

including loss of data or of crypto-assets. **Security hardware is one part of

your security, not a guarantee of it** — losing a recovery phrase, PIN or

passphrase is not something we can remedy, and we can never recover one for you.

10. Governing law

Texas law governs, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have jurisdiction.

Consumers keep any mandatory rights and forums available where they live.
